Former All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, has joined the 2023 presidential race.

Oshiomhole made the declaration at Cyprian Ekwensi Centre for Arts and Culture, Abuja.

Oshiomhole emphasised that he wants to run for the president of Nigeria in order to change the narrative for the good of all Nigerians.

The former governor of Edo State added that his previous decision to contest for a senate seat is to provide purposeful leadership for the people of his district, noting that the senate should not be seen as sabbatical leave for ex-governors.
